Consultation and Service Fees

All medical consultation fees, treatment charges, and related healthcare service fees must be paid at the time of consultation unless otherwise agreed.

Fees displayed on the website are subject to change without notice.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of medical and healthcare services, refunds are generally not provided once a consultation or medical service has been completed. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including guarantees that services will be provided with due care and skill.

Refunds may be considered in limited circumstances including:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Incorrect billing charges
  • Appointment cancellations made within the required notice period
  • Services unable to be provided by the clinic

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible and may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

Patients are requested to provide at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Failure to attend appointments without at least 24 hours' notice may result in a cancellation or non-attendance fee of $50.00. This fee will be communicated to you at the time of booking and is subject to change with reasonable notice

Return Policy

Medical services, prescriptions, certificates, and healthcare consultations are non-returnable once provided.

Any concerns regarding services received should be communicated to the clinic directly for review and resolution.
